Service Process
1. Choose Your Package
Select the photography package that best suits your needs.
2. Contact Photographer @sunnywinds
Reach out via Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat—whichever is most convenient for you.
3. Discuss Your Needs
Sunnywinds will work with you to ensure the selected package aligns with your specific requirements.
4. Finalize Shooting Details
Confirm key details, including the date, time, location, and route for the shoot.
5. Plan Your Outfit
Decide on your attire—whether modern fashion or traditional kimono. You may choose your own or, based on your budget, we can recommend suitable rental shops.
6. Pay the Deposit
Secure your booking by paying a deposit online (10% of the total package cost). Payment can be made via credit card or Apple Pay.
7. Pre-Shoot Video Meeting (optional)
Schedule a 15-minute video call 1–3 days before the shoot to get acquainted and discuss any final details.
8. Shoot Day
Arrive on time at the agreed location for the photoshoot. After the session, settle the remaining balance in Japanese yen cash.
9. Receive Sample Photos
On the evening of the shoot, you’ll receive approximately 10 sample photos as a preview (final selections will depend on the actual shoot).
10. Delivery of Final Photos
Within one week, you’ll receive all your photos via a private, secure cloud link.
